  They are more concerned with money than taking care of the paitient . Surgery scheduled for 6 weeks , they call a week before surgery and ask for $945.00 on day of surgery . The lady in the administration office had the nerve to say she would let the doctor know that I canceled the surgery because I couldn’t pay , really . I guess if you aren’t rich you can’t be seen at Blue Ridge Bone & Joint .

  Been going there for years, but now it has changed, I was charged twice unnecessarily for the same thing, schedule for my service was a waste of time, they would not acknowledge that they messed up. Going somewhere else
