  Doctor Bubb is awesome, she is the only reason my family and I go there, as for the rest of the leadership, they are borderline unprofessional. The office manager lied straight to my face about a government regulatory requirement in direct relation to my medical treatment, and when called out on it, they tried to make it seem as if it was my fault (told me the DEA required me to see the doctor for a refill of a non controlled thyroid supplement prescription (which I verified is false from the DEA and my Pharmacist) ; then got mad because I insinuated that they only wanted me to see the doctor was so that they could bill me for the office visit; I was within the 1 year standard of seeing a doctor for my condition and therefor did not require a visit. The co-owner Doctor Moorehouse (possible incorrect spelling of her name), treated me as if I were beneath her in my opinion the handful of times I saw her, additionally she refused to write a simple note stating that I had been on name brand meds prior to her care, and that I should stay on name brand (at the advise of my military doctor before I retired). This would have taken her two seconds to write the note for my medical insurance to cover name brand, but she refused to do so and talked to me as if I were not as smart as her, and could not possibly understand why she would refuse to do so. I made all of this aware to them and no one really seemed to care. Being a for profit private medical practice I would expect more, but maybe my expectations are skewed from the military. They do the job, but just to the minimum standards, they by no means go above and beyond, and with the exceptions of Doctor Bubb, I have been treated pretty "crappy" in my "professional" opinion. Additionally it does not matter if you are the first patient or the last, in my experience, I have been seen at last 30 minutes after my appointment time, and usually past that. I say that with little weight in regards to my rating, as I know this is the case with all doctors however, I just wanted to also point that out.
