  As a business owner, I understand the value of great service, which starts with excellent communication as the most crucial element. When looking for a company to wrap my vehicles I chose to use Advantage Direct solely because I was in a networking group with the manager of the printing company. He recommended that I have another member of the network group make a vector file for my logo. I did employ that graphic artist to make the vector file, and then came to find out when I spoke with the installer at Advantage Direct that he had been working on the layout for the lettering and he too made a vector file for the logo. This the one used in the wrap. So, I was referred by the manager, to the graphic company based solely on the relationship between the two and not on my company’s needs. This equated to two hundred dollars loss, and a lot of valuable time wasted, as the logo she tried to create was not wanted or authorized, only a vector file. I initially received a contract with the design layout of how it would look, and the back of the truck did not have the cloud motif. I wrote that fact down on paper along with several other concerns and spoke with the installer. My primary concern being that the cloud motif would be installed on the back. This is where things went really wrong and confusion began because the installer assured me that it would have clouds on the back as well. When the scheduled date for installation came, I was told that it could not be done due to rain. If they are gonna do this kind of work they should have indoor access to do the work inside. It threw off our schedule by three days. Two weeks later when they did the work, and
  I saw that the back did not have the clouds, I was told that I had not asked for this to be done. It seems senseless, anyways, to wrap a truck and not wrap the back of it uniformly to match the sides of the truck.. Even the owner of their company agreed that it would look better than just the company lettering on the back. I requested it be made uniform and for the back to be wrapped and I was told that they would have to charge me to remove the lettering that was already there. The money to remove doesn't really matter, it's the principle.
  Finally, the job has been completed, and I’m ready to wrap my 2nd truck. I already had a lot of reservations about hiring Advantage Direct after my 1st experience. But, since they already had the design, I asked them to proceed with truck #2. There were a few hitches, but this one did go better. Unfortunately the wraps on both trucks already have some peeling occurring. I don't expect them to last very long.
  One month later, I bought another truck to be wrapped. When I asked them to price this, I was floored when I was quoted a price 3 times higher than every other company in the area, some $4,500 higher. The company I employed for truck #3 communicated well, used material that looks better with a much more clean and crisp look, and charged me $4,500 less.
  I will never give Advantage Direct another opportunity to work for me again. They are overpriced, and don't really seem to care about customer service.
