  Recently ate at Cracker Barrel in Arden NC with two others. I got sirloin which was undercooked. I and companion ordered grilled sourdough bread instead of biscuits. Bread arrived cold and untoastef. It must have come right out of refrigerator! Asked that it be grilled as ordered and waiter said it had been toasted.... unbelievable. We also ordered the apple dumpling for dessert but received a piece of sugar free pie! When we told server that was wrong desert she stated that she would put pie in round dish? She then disappeared for ten minutes only to return with correct dessert. She blamed mix up on kitchen. My question is, do the servers not know what the menu is? This one sure did not. Terrible!! I want my money back and my time back.
